Mission Trips

Each fall we undertake a local mission project. We also send people to locations across the state, nation, and world. In the last four years we have sent teams to do tornado cleanup and for work at Cookson Hills, the Boys Ranch, Haiti, Bolivia, and the Holy Land.

One day each year, we go out to serve the community by volunteering at various shelters and agencies across Lawton.

Redemption Church

We serve hot meals at Aldersgate Redemption United Methodist Church several times a year. Aldersgate ministers to local prisoners, to people who have been recently released, and to their families. Several of our members are also weekly volunteers there.

Orion's Boy's Home We offer Bible Study every week for the boys who are housed at Orion Boys Group Home.  We also take them out for meals and baseball games, and invite them to help with major events in our church.  Several of these boys have made professions of faith and have received the sacrament of baptism.
